Trip to London/Vancouver
It is really an exciting trip for me to attend Ubuntu’s localization sprint in London. Exciting in the sense that, I become sleepless when I just discovered my old passport has already expired and can’t really figure out if I manage to get new one on time. Argh, and still haven’t booked air ticket yet. Can I really discuss existing CJK problems and propose solutions fluently, and to be frank, I wonder whether if I’ve got the necessary technical skill at all. But regardless of the problems and hurdles, it’s still exciting to join and work with bright guys like James Su, Carlos Perelló Marín, Jordi Mallach and so on.
Last year (or 2004?) there was a similar offer from Mandriva, to join their community meeting; but sadly it’s not a timely offer, thus this is the first one that I’m able to participate.
About the trip to Vancouver… let’s see. I still haven’t told Seongmi, hope she won’t be too surprised. Anyway, she feels so bored when studying overseas, so it’s reasonable to stay for a couple of days. The only missing part of puzzle is, whether those kind ubuntu people can help arranging the air ticket or not…
Oh no, I almost forgot, Stefan wants me to drop by Eindhoven for a while, and it looks cruel if I don’t visit my aunt in Toronto… oh no, do I have so much money for the trip?
You have many choice:
(1) Put a paypal donate button in your blog… and ask for money
(2) Ask zunix sponsor your fee.
(3) loan from a “Big-ear-hole”
Abel, you rock my world.
Make sure you remember to bring me back a sexy concubine
….and don’t tell Vera either
No problem, I won’t tell Vera.
…… until you are red hot with your babe
